Alkaline antioxidant stick to put in tap water or a bottle of water for good antioxidant power and increase the pH of water with 5 minerals.
- Before using, put the stick in a clean bottle filled halfway with tap water or a bottle of water (if bottled, preferably one with pH 7 or higher).
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and arrange. This eliminates the excess of minerals. Repeat 2 more times.
- Fill the glass again with water, shake vigorously for 30 seconds and wait 15-20 minutes before drinking.
- The more water stays with the submerged ionic stick, the stronger the ionization and the higher pH of the water (up to pH 9.5) also a strong negative charge (orp) is reached, -200. If it tastes too much, dilute it a little with the additional spring water.
- * Use a stick for a 16 ounce bottle (500 ml). Use two sticks for 1 liter, or more sticks for tap water in a pitcher.
- It’s best to drink fresh ionized water, and drink often.
